Train in the morning, play when the heat drops, eat without going anywhere. If you are staying the week, you can sleep here too.

Questions
Before you come down
Anything not answered here, call the gym. Someone is on the floor from six in the morning.
Is there a gym in Dauin?
Yes. Yesh Fitness is on La Independencia Street in Poblacion District 1, open Monday to Saturday from six in the morning to eight at night. It has a full weight floor, two courts, a cafe and rooms on the one lot.
How much does the gym cost?
A walk in session is ₱150. A week is ₱600 and a month is ₱1,600. A trainer can be booked on top of any of those.
How do I get there?
Turn off the coast road into Poblacion District 1 and follow La Independencia Street to the gate. Buses and jeepneys heading to Zamboanguita and Siaton pass the turn all day.
Do I need a membership to use the courts?
No. The pickleball courts are ₱250 an hour a court and can be booked by anyone, gym member or not. The basketball ring opens for special occasions rather than daily play, so ask when you call.
What are the opening hours?
Six in the morning to eight at night, Monday to Saturday. There is no noon break. The gym is closed Sunday, but the pickleball courts stay open.
Is there anywhere to eat or stay?
Ka PaPio’s Cafe is on the lot and keeps its own hours, and PaPio’s Nest has rooms upstairs by the night or the month.
Come see it before you sign anything
Walk in during opening hours and look at the floor yourself. Bring shoes if you want to try a session.
